Uploaded files are stored temporarily so they can be transmitted, then deleted after the fax reaches a final status when possible. Delivery metadata may remain in our system for account history and support.

Faxit relies on third-party providers including Stripe for payments, Sinch for fax transmission, and Zoho Mail for email delivery. Your use of Faxit may involve the processing of data by those providers as needed to operate the service.
